RESUME FORWARDING SERVICE

Candidates who list their resumes in JobsInMotorsports.com™ databank can also choose to forward them to all or selected employers in a group of employers that they are interested in working for. Employer groups typically cover a racing series or other category of employers such as "Suppliers - Engines & Components". This includes, for example, organizations that manufacture racing engines or components for engines as well as companies that tune and maintain engines,

As an employer, you can be listed in one or more of the Motorsports employer groups of your choice (you must be listed in at least one). If the candidate chooses to forward their resume to your group, you will receive a text email containing the key information (abbreviated) from their resume. You can change or add the employer groups you are in at any time. Since candidates can specify which groups they get job notifications for, employers should list themselves in any group that is appropriate.

The advantage to you of receiving resumes from our Resume Forwarding service is that the resumes will be stored on your own computer within your email program. You can scan each resume as it comes in or you can set up a filter in your email program to divert the resume emails into a separate mailbox and not even look at them until you have a position you need to fill. As text emails, they take up very little disc space (and no file drawer space, of course).

As text emails, the resumes you receive can be quickly searched for key words and phrases using the search features of your email program. Because Resume Forwarding resume information is abbreviated, concise and consistently structured, it is easier to quickly scan through the resumes to find ones that interest you.

Each resume has the candidate's ID number. Once you find an interesting candidate, you can view their full resume on the JobsInMotorsports.com website or download it as a text email for printing and review at your convenience.

Of course, not all candidates will forward their resumes since this is a service for which we charge a fee. The ones that do are likely to be the most serious. However, if you don't find the candidate you need among the forwarded resumes, you can always log on to JobsInMotorsports.com and conduct a search of the full resume database.

In fact, we recommend that every position you have be posted on JobsInMotorsports.com. Our experience has been that many very qualified candidates do not even post their resumes until they see a job posted that they are interested in applying for.
