We may use referral and IP address information to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. This information may also used to gather broad demographic information. These are not currently in use and we do not foresee their use on a consistent basis.

We keep all employer and candidate information confidential except what is disclosed voluntarily through the use of this website and its services.

The JobsInMotorsports.com website and database runs on a secure server. To enable the function of the website's services, candidates' resume information is stored on that server. However, the only employer information retained in the database are its name, group and the email addresses used for the functioning of this website's services.

Other than required by those services provided by the website, we provide no one with candidate or employer information without their prior permission. We do not sell any of the information we collect to anyone except as part of the website services. Of course, we will comply with court orders and other legal process.

If you send us complements, we will naturally want to use them in our marketing and sales materials. However, we will only do so with your prior permission.

If you are a candidate registered on JobsInMotorsports.com, we reserve the right to contact you by email to notify you of significant changes/additions to the website and its services, make suggestions on how to better make use of those services or improve your chances of being hired or request your feedback on the website, it's services and how they might be improved. We will keep such emails to 10 or 12 per year at most. The exception to this is, of course, the emails candidates receive notifying you of new job postings or the additions of employers or employer groups. If you do not want to receive those, you can remove yourself from that list (see Edit Registration - Newsletter Subscribe/Unsubscribe on the Candidate Resources page).

Similarly, we reserve the right to contact registered employers to notify you of significant changes/additions to the website and its services, make suggestions on how to better make use of those services or request your feedback on the website, it's services and how they might be improved. Again, we will keep those emails to 10 or 12 per year at most. Of course, you will receive the Resume Forwarding emails directed to the group or groups you are part of. The latter is a requirement for registration and use of JobsInMotorsports.com services.
