JobsInMotorsports.com specifically prohibits any use of the web site, and all users agree not to use the web site, for any of the following:

• Posting any false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume.
• Falsely representing yourself or the entity that employs you as a Motorsports employer. By representing yourself as a Motorsports employer you certify that you employ at least one other person besides yourself within your organization on either a full or part time basis on either a for-pay or volunteer basis. Furthermore, you certify that you are engaged in a Motorsports activity other than job placement or recruiting. Only employers registered on JobsInMotorsports.com may place job listings and employers may only seek employees for themselves. You may not use JobsInMotorsports.com to perform any type of third-party recruiting or job placement. For falsely registering as a Motorsports employer, or using JobsInMotorsports.com for any type of third-party recruiting/job placement, or for any purpose not directly employment related, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $500 for each resume forwarded to you. This liquidated damages provision is limited only to the value of the resumes and is addition to all other civil remedies available.
• Posting any "Job Listing" that requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
• Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
• Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this web site or any activity being conducted on this site.
  
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this web site's infrastructure.
  
• Disclosing or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.
  
• Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising, or in any way making up a part of, the web site.

Candidates: When you register for JobsInMotorsports.com web site, you will be asked to provide certain information constituting your Resume. By registering on this site and selecting Active, you release us to make this information available to Motorsports employers registered on this web site. You understand that we do not knowingly supply this information to anyone other than registered employers, other than with your permission. While registered employers agree not disseminate your resume information, we have no control over their conduct. You agree that JobsInMotorsports.com, and all of its principals, employees and agents, shall have no liability whatsoever from the dissemination of the information you provide to JobsInMotorsports.com.

Employers: When you register for the web site, you will be asked to provide JobsInMotorsports.com with certain information enabling the candidates to "Forward" their resumes to you. By registering you agree to accept resumes designated by candidates to be forwarded to your Employer Group or in response to job listings you post. You understand that candidates supply their personal, confidential information to registered employers to obtain employment. By registering on this site, you agree to hold this information confidential within your organization.
